The 2421 ECG mounts is an 8 1/2″ x 11″ portrait mount sheet. It has 15 lead segments, 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ (4cm x 6cm) in 3 vertical columns of 5 rows positioned near top of mount. Row 1 – labeled I, II, III Row 2 – leads are R, L, F Row 3 – V1, V2, V3 Row 4 – V4, V5, V6 Row 5 – No ID Peel & Stick – removable adhesive covered with protective sheet.
